Last updated: August 12, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leonetwork.io (the "Site"), operated by Leo Network ("we", "us"), an independent business registered in Israel. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site presents information about our services, including custom automations, AI agents, software development, websites, and DevOps and technical consulting. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.
2. Service Engagements
Any actual services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, quote, or agreement between us and the client. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement. Estimates, timelines, and pricing discussed informally are not binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or attempting denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our permission
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Leo Network name and logo are our marks. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Ownership of work products created in client engagements is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
